Come join us for our next Trifolium Friday Bar, this time co-hosted by Michael Lindberg — founder of Elius — our sustainable food production member. We’re bringing together the best of Sydhavnen’s ingredients in a cocktail infused with Elius-grown herbs, shaken to perfection by restaurant Pauli, in the cozy courtyard of Husted Vin at Trifolium.
Elius specializes in Plug & Play food production, aiming to create a sustainable, resilient, and inclusive food system that ensures access to safe, nutritious, and affordable food for all.
PROGRAM
16:00 — We welcome you at Trifolium’s courtyard (Husted Vin, Bådehavnsgade 42 A)
16:10 — A brief introduction to the house, what we do and our Friday Bar concept (tours will take place around Trifolium doing the event)
16:15 — Presentation on Urban Farming by Elius
16:30-20:00 — The cocktail bar opens! Taste Elius’ vertical-farmed herbs, mixed into your Pauli-drink, while enjoying tailored Pauli-snacks. What’s not to like?
